• Letter of Introduction (LOI) form V39A (If applicable)

• Copy of sponsor's ID Card(If applicable)

• Copy of Chinese ID Card (Only Chinese passport)

• Copies of Confirmed Air Ticket / Cruise **(Necessaries)

• Copies of Confirmed Hotel Bookings **(Necessaries)

• 2 Photo Clear and focus (35mm wide/45mm high) Color(Only White Background & Show Eyebrow) **Image must be taken within the last 3 months

• 1.) All Bangladesh passport holders are required to submit their Singapore visa applications to MPT TRAVEL TRIP CO.,LTD in person and no applications via proxies will be allowed/accepted.

• 2.) All deaf & mute visa applicant , must show a letter of employment or a LOI with a copy of their sponsor’s Singapore passport boi data page of National Identity Card is required.

*** Holders of Palestinian Authority Passport, Temporary Passport issued by the United Arab Emirates,
Refugee Travel Document issued by a Middle-East country specified by the Authority and all other
unfamiliar/uncommon passports (Verify).
